The Battery Management System (BMS) design and development project began in 2013 with the support of the Industrial Development & Renovation Organization of Iran (IDRO) and in collaboration with Isfahan University of Technology.
The BMS developed by this company is responsible for real-time monitoring of battery pack cells, managing their performance, and ensuring overall safety. Its key features include:
- Voltage, temperature, and current measurement of individual cells.
- Passive cell balancing to maintain uniform charge distribution.
- Accurate estimation of battery parameters, including State of Charge (SoC) and State of Health (SoH).
- Communication capability with the charger and higher-level vehicle control systems.
This BMS solution enhances the reliability, efficiency, and safety of lithium battery packs used in electric and hybrid vehicles.
